Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our oil is a blend of local autochthonous varieties, such as Sessana and Tenacella, and other cultivars such as Itrana, Frantoio and Leccino.
The average age of the plants is 40-50 years, with some secular trees.
CULTIVATION METHOD: grown with the biodynamic farming method.
HARVEST: the olives are harvested by hand in the first ten days of October and pressed within 12 hours with cold pressing.
ALTITUDE: about 200 m a.s.l.
BOTTLING: in bottles of 250 ml, 500 ml and in 5 liter cans.

Cece di Teano

VARIETY: Cece di Teano, an ancient local variety included in the Slow Food Presidia.
CHARACTERISTICS: small, hazelnut color, has thin skin and wrinkled surface for this reason it is also known as “cece piccolo riccio”.
CULTIVATION METHOD: grown with the biodynamic farming method.
HARVEST: July
Both harvesting and shelling are done by hand.
PACKAGING in glass jars of 450 gr.

Nocciole di Teano

VARIETIES: Tonda di Teano, Mortarella, Ravanella, all typical varieties from Campania.
CULTIVATION METHOD: grown with the biodynamic farming method.
HARVEST: between the end of August and the end of September.
After harvesting, the hazelnuts are selected, dried, shelled and toasted.
PACKAGING in glass jars of 300 gr.

Passata di pomodoro

Our Tomato Sauce is an artisanal product that is the result of respect for the ancient Campania tradition.

VARIETY: San Marzano.
CULTIVATION METHOD: grown with the biodynamic farming method.
HARVEST: the tomatoes are picked and selected by hand. The harvest is gradual from the end of July to the end of September.
Storage times do not exceed 24 hours and the manufacturing process is entirely manual and does not require the addition of any preservatives, in order to best preserve the organoleptic characteristics.
PACKAGING in glass jars of 540 gr.

Grappas are obtained from the distillation of the pomace of our grapes, grown with the method of biodynamic agriculture and spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeasts. This makes them a unique and identifying product that reflects the peculiarities of the vintage.

The craftsmanship involves double distillation in a bain-marie.
