Caught and eaten

Upon entering the ancient masseria i Cacciagalli, we find the vegetable garden and farm to welcome you. Following the natural seasonality of produce, we grow organic vegetables and raise farmyard animals, thus being able to offer our customers raw materials of excellence expertly enhanced by our Chef. Cultured and eaten by us is not just a slogan, but it is the reality that we live daily with our guests, bringing the flavors of our land to the table.

Over the years, Chef Domenico Falzarano's passion and dedication to cooking has led him to choose each element in his dishes with refinement.
